1. Course Enrollment Refunds

Our courses (Graphic Design, UI/UX, Video Editing, Digital Marketing, Canva) are available both online and offline.

  • Once you have enrolled and course access or materials have been provided, no refund will be issued.

  • Refunds are only applicable before course commencement, and only in special situations (e.g., scheduling conflicts or duplicate payments).

  • If classes are rescheduled or delayed by Graphicarc, we offer adjusted class timing or credit transfer, not cash refunds.

  • Students who fail to attend live or recorded sessions are not eligible for refunds.

2. Design Services Refunds

Graphicarc offers various professional design services, including:

  • Logo Design

  • Brand Style Guide

  • Social Media & Marketing Design

  • Business Cards, Posters & Visual Identity Packages

Refunds for design projects follow these rules:

  • Full payment is required before project initiation.

  • Once design work begins, no refunds are available.

  • In case of duplicate payments or technical errors, full refunds will be processed after verification.

  • If Graphicarc cancels or fails to deliver within agreed time (without valid reason), a partial or full refund may be offered.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds are credited via original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund is initiated.


4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any completed project files, downloadable resources, or digital course materials

  • Customized logo, brand, or client-specific design files

  • Promotional or discounted service purchases
