By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before enrolling in a course or purchasing any design service.

1. Educational Courses

  • We offer online and offline courses in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Video Editing, Canva, and Digital Marketing.

  • Full or partial payment must be completed before starting the course.

  • Course fees are non-refundable once the student has started learning.

  • Students must attend sessions on time and maintain respectful communication with instructors.

  • Certificates are issued only upon course completion.

2. Design Services

  • All design projects (Logo Design, Brand Style Guide, etc.) start after full payment confirmation.

  • Clients will receive 5 free revisions, after which additional revisions cost ₹100 each.

  • Delivery timelines depend on project complexity.

  • No cancellations or refunds once design work has begun.

  • Clients are responsible for providing clear and accurate content for designs.

3. Payments

  • Payments can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, or PayPal.

  • All payments are processed securely, and we do not store payment details.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Once final files are delivered and full payment is received, the client owns the final design.

  • Graphicarc reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds for completed services or attended course sessions.

  • Refunds are possible only in special cases (e.g., duplicate payment or service unavailability).

6. Website Content

All content, text, graphics, and materials on Graphicarc.in are owned by Graphicarc and protected by copyright.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any material without permission.

7. Communication

By contacting us or making a purchase, you consent to receive emails, calls, or messages related to your course or project updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

Graphicarc is not responsible for:

  • Any technical issues, service interruptions, or third-party platform failures

  • Losses caused by misuse of design files or educational content
